Today, Minutes from my home on a quiet deserted path, remembering who I was, how far I’ve come, feeling grounded,
walking alone thru the woods, I was reminded of the importance of perspective. How one person, one life is a small speck
that there are forces much larger than us at play. Larger than all our stresses, our anxieties, our emotions, our thoughts.
Whether your feel backed into a corner, behind a waterfall, surrounded by rocks to climb
Whether you’ve felt down lately, beat down, or overwhelmed
Keep looking up
If you’ve fallen
Or Broken
the Skies will clear, there’s a brighter day just beyond trees.
Take the time you need, to be your best you. Put in the work, slow down and reflect
